Ask a model to simplify something and it will often simplify away the specifics, because specifics are what make a sentence hard. You get friendly prose and a lost deadline.

This version separates the two jobs. First it extracts every number, date, name and condition into a list. Then it rewrites. Then it checks the rewrite against its own list and reports anything that went missing. The check is the part that matters.
